Fantasia And McPhee Highlight Women's Ice Hockey CNE Postseason Awards
BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's ice hockey team has claimed eight total awards between seven different members in this season's Conference of New England (CNE) Postseason Awards, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.

The Gulls earned two of the five major awards in the conference. In total, two Gulls were named to the First Team, three were named to the Second Team, and one to the Community Service Team.
Samantha Fantasia (Billerica, Mass.) was named CNE Player of the Year, while head coach Andy McPhee earned Coach of the Year honors.
Fantasia and fellow forward Teaghan Hall (West Springfield, Mass.) were both named to the All-CNE First Team. Additionally, Lilly Corso (Winchester, Mass.), Casey Moritz (Trophy Club, Texas), and Rivers Morris (Braintree, Mass.) all secured All-CNE Second Team honors.
Lastly, Jenna Seibold (Reading, Mass.) was named as the Gulls' representative on the CNE Community Service Team for her charitable contributions and outstanding leadership within the Endicott community.
MAJOR AWARD WINNERS
SAMANTHA FANTASIA | SR. | F | Billerica, Mass.
Player of the Year | All-CNE First Team
Fantasia is the third student-athlete in program history to be named conference Player of the Year joining Hall and Jade Meier '20 (Fairbanks, Alaska).
The senior forward has been a consistent factor for Gulls throughout the 2024-25 season racking up 16 goals and 11 assists for 27 points, all of which are career highs.
Her conference ranks include second in goals and goals per game (.62), fourth in points and points per game (1.04), and second in plus/minus rating at +25, also a career high.
She has recorded at least one point in 17 of 26 games this season and is riding a five-game point streak heading into the CNE Championship game.
The Billerica, Mass. this season has two hat-tricks, vs. Norwich on 12/10/24 and at Nichols on 2/7/25, and is the first student-athlete in program history to record two hat-tricks in a season and a career. Fantasia also became the 12th student-athlete in program to play in over 100 career games when she reached the feat on 2/15/25 against Johnson & Wales.
COACH OF THE YEAR
Andy McPhee | 10th Season
Head Coach Andy McPhee guided Endicott to the best record in the conference, going 21-4-1 overall and 15-2-1 in the CNE.
Under the leadership of McPhee, the Gulls posted their second best overall win total all-time and second consecutive season with 15 conference victories.
As a team, the Gulls rank first in the conference in Goals (90), Assists (142), Scoring Offense (3.46), Scoring Defense (1.42), Scoring Margin (2.04), Team Points (232), and Team Shutouts (6).
ALL-CNE FIRST TEAM
Teaghan Hall | Jr. | F | West Springfield, Mass.
In 26 games this season for the Gulls, Hall has tallied 12 goals and added 16 assists for 28 points. She also has a plus-28 rating.
Her 16 assists are a career high, and she recorded five power-play goals, ranking second in the CNE and 13th nationally.
The juniors CNE ranks include the following categories/stats: goals (4th), assists (3rd), points (2nd), goals per game (4th), assists per game (4th), points per game (2nd), and +/- (1st).
This is Hall's second career All-Conference selection after being named to the First-Team last season as well.
ALL-CNE SECOND TEAM
Lilly Corso | So. | D | Winchester, Mass.
In her first season with the Gulls, Corso scored two goals and dished out 11 assists for 13 points to go along with a plus-17 rating (6th in CNE)
Corso's play aided the Gulls to a league-best goals against average of 1.42 (also first in conference-only games at 1.28). Out of 60 teams in NCAA Division III, Endicott ranked 17th in scoring defense.
Only four defensemen were selected among the All-CNE First and Second Teams (two per team).
This is Corso's first career All-Conference selection.
Casey Moritz | Jr. | G | Trophy Club, Texas
Moritz has compiled an 11-3-0 overall record (8-2-0 CNE), a 1.56 goals against average (GAA), a .936 save percentage, and 324 saves in 843:29 of action (14 GP | 14 GS).
The junior's CNE ranks include the following categories/stats: GAA (3rd), save percentage (4th), minutes (5th), saves (8th), goals against (22, 5th), and games played (6th).
Nationally (D3), Moritz is positioned No. 26 in GAA, No. 32 in save percentage, and No. 14 in winning percentage.
The honor marks Moritz's first career All-Conference selection.
Rivers Morris | SR. | F | Braintree, Mass.
Morris potted 14 goals to go with 13 assists for 27 points. She also has compiled a +23 rating.
The senior set new career highs in both goals, points, and plus-minus to go with five game-winning goals, which currently ranks second in a single-season.
Morris has 11 games so far this season with two or more points. The Braintree, Mass. native ranks 3rd in the CNE in goals, 6th in assists, 3rd in points, and 3rd in plus-minus.
This is Morris' second career All-Conference selection after earning First-team honors last season.
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott has an overall record of 21-4-1 on the season and claimed the No. 1 seed in the CNE tournament. After defeating Suffolk, 3-1, in the semifinals, the Gulls will take on Curry in the CNE Championship on Saturday, March 8 at 3 PM.
