2026 Fall Student-Athlete Preseason Move-In Dates Announced

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott College Department of Athletics and Recreation has announced the move-in dates for all 2026 fall student-athletes. All potential student-athletes are required to be cleared and approved by the coach of their appropriate program, the Financial Aid/Bursar's Office, and by Athletic Training before their move-in dates.

Arrival dates for all authorized pre-season student-athletes:

RESIDENCE AND MOVE-IN PROCEDURES

All student-athletes will move into their permanent fall residence. All student-athletes with summer housing will remain in their summer assignments until notified by the Office of Residence Life of their permanent placement move-in date.

IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Student IDs – All returning students must show their ID (in your wallet or physical card) to check in on their assigned date and keep it with them at all times. New students should have already added their ID to their digital wallet and will need to show it at check-in or be sent to the One Card office if they have any issues.

Financial Aid / Bursar – All financial aid paperwork must be complete, and clearance from the Office of the Bursar is required before check-in. Any student-athletes not financially cleared will not be permitted to check in for preseason.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE DEADLINES

Health Records, Immunizations, and Athletic Medicine Paperwork – The deadline for medical clearance paperwork for ALL FALL/WINTER/SPRING/CLUB STUDENT-ATHLETES is AUGUST 1, 2026.

All paperwork submitted after the specified deadline is subject to a 48-hour processing period. Late submission of paperwork will result in indefinite delays of medical clearance. Student-athletes, student coaches, and managers may not be able to check-in/move-in and will not be eligible to participate with their respective team until all aspects of the forms are complete and processed. A complete and up-to-date health history form must be on file with both the Health Center and Athletic Training of ice.

**All new students are required to mail a copy of their Physical Health Form to Family Medicine Associates at Endicott College and upload a copy to the Sportsware Online for the Athletic Training Department. The physical health form will be mailed out in June from the Office of Student Affairs with the rest of your Orientation packet. The physical form can also be found on the athletics website.

PARKING

Parking Decals – FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HAVE A VEHICLE ON CAMPUS.

Students will need to register vehicles online and pick up decals at the Traffic Office located at the Public Safety Building.
