Bio
Matthew Zidbeck enters his first academic year as a member of the athletic performance staff in 2025-26.
Zidbeck brings a wealth of experience to the staff, having served in strength and conditioning roles at Arkitect Fitness and JBurdie Fitness.
He has also completed strength and conditioning internships at Holy Cross and Harvard University.
Zidbeck graduated from Colorado State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in health exercise, and later earned his Master’s in physical education from Bridgewater State University in 2025.
Zidbeck is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified strength and conditioning coach, an American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, and AHA BLS and Red Cross CPR certified.
