Alex's summer team were the American Legion State Champions in 2004. Alex's most memorable moment was while he was playing baseball at Bridgton Academy and he hit a homerun and 2 triples while playing at Hadlock Field (Home field of the AA Boston Red Sox affiliate Portland Sea Dogs).
