After Endicott fell behind early (3-1 through two full innings), the Gulls struck for six runs over the third and fourth innings to take a lead they would not relinquish the rest of the way (two in the third, four in the fourth).
Brenden Walsh (Reading, Mass.) tied things up at three a side with a two-run blast to left field in the third.
In the fourth, Trevor Kamuda (Groveland, Mass.) put the Gulls on top by singling home AJ Hamm (Shrewsbury, Mass.) after his one-out triple. Then, a few batters later, TJ Liponis (Scarborough, Maine) put the Gulls up 6-3 with a two-run triple to right, before Kyle Grabowski (Westfield, Mass.) tacked on another Endicott run with his RBI groundout.
After the Warriors closed the gap down to two runs (7-5) with a two-run blast in the bottom of the sixth, Endicott blew it open to take control of the matchup.
The Gulls scored 11 runs on eight hits in the top of the seventh. The offensive outburst was highlighted by a two-run double from Kamuda, an RBI single from Paul Armstrong (Windham, N.H.), a two-run double from Liponis, another RBI single for Grabowski, a Shea LaFleur (Salem, N.H.) RBI base-knock, and capped by Kamuda's second RBI base-hit of the inning (single).
