Equestrian Places Third At Babson Show; Bolduc & Putnam Qualify For Regionals

WELLESLEY, Mass. — The Endicott equestrian team placed third overall at the Babson Show on Sunday evening.

Highlighting the Gulls' efforts on the day were Kathleen Bolduc (Peabody, Mass.) and Sydney Putnam (Ghent, N.Y.) as both riders qualified for Regionals in limit flat (third place) and novice (first place), respectively.

"Our last show of the fall season went great! We had several blue ribbon rides," said Endicott equestrian head coach Bethany Jones. "The team came together on a cold day and brought their A-game. I'm very proud of this young team and the successful fall season they put together. I'm looking forward to spring and putting in the work in the meantime. Great job, Gulls!"

  • Caitlin Laliberte (Westford, Mass.) placed first in intermediate fences and sixth in intermediate flat.
  • Hope Forcellina (South Windsor, Conn.) was first in limit flat, while Olivia Virgin (Burlington, Mass.) ranked first in introductory.
  • Macayla Loescher (Hubbardston, Mass.) finished third overall in novice.
  • Abbigale Gerrish (Greenland, N.H.) came in fourth in open fences and sixth in open flat.
  • Helen Barrow (Swanton, Vt.) was sixth in both intermediate fences and intermediate flat.
  • Emily Bocklet (Cross River, N.Y.) posted a fifth place finish in limit fences.
