Dylan Gardner ’22 enters his first year as an assistant coach with the football program in 2026-27. Gardner will work primarily with the defensive line.

Gardner comes to Endicott from Holy Cross, where he was an Assistant Equipment Manager. In that position, he aided with equipment operations of a Division I athletic program with 27 programs. During football practices, Gardner set up, broke down, and maintained all sessions, ensuring timely and accurate preparation. Also actively participates in football practices by assisting during scout periods and organizing scout players with proper scout caps.

Before working at Holy Cross, Gardner completed Website Operations, Events, & Social Media for FUJI Sports, Hatashita Sports Judo, American Judo System, FUJI Mats from May 2022 to March 2025. Also worked as Management & Operations at Travis Stevens Jiu Jitsu & FUJI Martial Arts in Wakefield and Woburn.

Gardner was a four-year member of the Gulls football team during his time here, appearing in 29 games. During his career, he totaled 22 solo tackles and 23 assisted tackles for 45 total tackles. During his final season in 2021, Garnder helped the Gulls win the CCC Championship and advance to the NCAA Tournament.

Gardner graduated from Endicott in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
