ECAC Semifinals postponed to Sunday

BIDDEFORD, Maine - Today’s ECAC Semifinal matchup between Endicott College and the University of New England scheduled for this morning at 11:00 a.m. has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game has been moved to tomorrow, November 15th, at 12:00 p.m.
The \#6-seeded Gulls (12-8) downed \#3 Framingham State, 2-0, on Wednesday afternoon to advance to the Semifinals. Endicott received scores from \#Anna Giannoni\# (Granby, Conn.) and \#Alexandra Parese\# (Wilton, Conn.) while \#Taylor Teixeira\# (Exeter, N.H.) made six saves in the game.
The Gulls have won two of the last three ECAC Championships.
No. 2-seeded UNE (14-3) blasted the \#7 seeded University of Southern Maine, 5-2, to advance on Wednesday. The Nor’Easters’ Taryn Flagg (Livermore Falls, Maine) recorded five points in the contest with two goals and an assist.
Endicott defeated UNE in their only previous meeting this season, 2-1, on September 26th in Biddeford, Maine.
