    • No. 17 Trinity Slips Past Endicott, 5-4, In Overtime

    BEVERLY, Mass. — With just over six minutes left in overtime Caroline Curtin (Andover, Mass.) took a Jordan Ragland (Westport, Conn.) pass and put it in the back of the cage to give No. 17 nationally ranked Trinity a 5-4 overtime victory over Endicott, Sunday afternoon at North Field.

    BEVERLY, Mass. — With just over six minutes left in overtime, Caroline Curtin (Andover, Mass.) took a Jordan Ragland (Westport, Conn.) pass and put it in the back of the cage to give No. 17 nationally ranked Trinity (Conn.) a 5-4 overtime victory against Endicott on Sunday afternoon at North Field.

    The Bantams rallied from three different deficits in the victory, which included scores of 1-0 (first quarter), 3-2 (third), and 4-3 (fourth), before Curtin buried the overtime game-winner at the 64:03 mark of the contest. Prior to Curtin's game-winner, Caelin Flaherty (Upton, Mass.) sparked Trinity with game-tying goals at 42:57 (3-3) and 47:17 (4-4) to aid the Bantams to the win.

    Meanwhile, for Endicott, the Gulls received goals from Addi Williams (Pittsfield, Maine), Sydney Poulin (Watertown, Mass.), Julie Champigny (Acton, Mass.), and Jaylin Grabau (Lynnfield, Mass.) in the hard-fought loss.

     

     

    BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

    • This was the first-ever matchup between the two teams.
    • Kristen McCarthy (Danvers, Mass.) and Poulin each registered an assist today.

    Endicott (4-4) travels to Nichols on Tuesday, September 24 for a 7 PM contest. No. 17 nationally ranked Trinity (4-2) hosts Bowdoin on Saturday, September 28, at 11 AM.
