    NCAA TOURNAMENT PREVIEW: No. 8 Endicott Hosts Keene State In First Round Matchup

    BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 8 Endicott field hockey team hosts Keene State in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament on Wednesday, November 12, with a 6:00 PM start time at North Field. Here's a preview of what you need to know for Wednesday's contest.

    TICKETS

    **No complimentary passes will be accepted. Gates will open 90 minutes prior to the game.

    FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

    • This is the seventh time Endicott has qualified for the NCAA Tournament (3-5 all-time).
    • The Gulls are 2-1 against teams competing in the NCAA Tournament, while Keene State is 1-1.
    • Wednesday's game will be a rematch of the meeting between the two teams back on 10/1, when the Blue and Green won 5-0.
    • Endicott received an automatic bid into the NCAA tournament after defeating Roger Williams, 2-1 (OT), in the Conference of New England (CNE) Championship game on Saturday.
    • Keene State also received an automatic bid after besting Eastern Connecticut, 1-0, in the Little East Championship on Saturday.

    WHAT'S NEXT 

    The winner of Wednesday's contest will advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament and travel to Johns Hopkins University to take on either No. 9 Middlebury or Westfield State on Saturday, November 15, at 2:00 PM.
