Profile: Bobby is looking forward to his first full season as a Gull. An outstanding player on both ends of the floor, he is an excellent penetrator and perimeter shooter, and one of the toughest defenders in the conference. As a sophomore: Limited to first semester action. Led the team with 3.3 assists and 2.6 steals per game. As a Freshman: Averaged 12.4 points and 4 assists per game at New England College. Second in the nation in steals with 3.6 per game. NEC Male Rookie of the Year. In High School: As a senior captain at Brockton High, Bobby averaged 14 points, 6 assists and 4.5 steals per game. Two-time Big 3 Conference All-Star. Played for Kaylon Jenkins on Bay State Magic team that placed 10th in the AAU Nationals. Personal: A Business Administration major. Bobby is the son of Jose and Maria Montrond.
