CNE CHAMPIONSHIP PREVIEW: No. 13 Men's Basketball Takes On WNE Tomorrow Afternoon

BEVERLY, Mass. — After last night's riveting 78-75 Conference of New England (CNE) Semifinal victory over Nichols, the top-seeded, No. 13 nationally ranked Endicott men's basketball team hosts second-seeded Western New England at 1 PM in tomorrow's CNE Championship from inside MacDonald Gymnasium.
Here's an inside look at tomorrow's championship matchup.

- Tickets can be found HERE, and are selling fast. Admission is free for students, and $6 for all other attendees.
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- The Gulls are riding a program-best 19 game winning streak dating back to 12/02/25. With their win last night, they also set a program record with 25 wins, the most in single-season history (surpassed the 2016-17 squad).
- Endicott leads the nation with its 25 wins in the 2025-26 season. The Gulls are one of three teams throughout Division III with just one loss on the year.
- Western New England is the reigning champ of the CNE, and made it all the way to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament last season. The Golden Bears clinched the two-seed and boast a record of 21-5 (14-2 CNE) this season.
- Earlier this season, the Gulls topped the Golden Bears in MacDonald Gymnasium, 73-58. Marcus Montagnino (Gloucester, Mass.) and AJ Forte (Peabody, Mass.) led the Gulls with 13 points apiece in that win.
- Endicott is currently ranked 10th in the National Poll Index (NPI), while WNE places at 43rd.
WHAT'S NEXT
The winner earns an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament. The loser hopes to receive an at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament. The NCAA DIII selection show will air on Monday, March 2 at 1 PM on NCAA.com.
