Turczak and Gill lead Gulls

BEVERLY, MA - Endicott fired a two-day total of 684 as the Gulls tied for 37th with Franklin Pierce College in a field of 45 teams. The 71st Annual NEIGA Championship took place at Captains Course in Brewster, MA.
Senior Brian Gill (Hudson, MA/Hudson) and sophomore Nick Turczak (Housatonic, MA/Monument Mountain Regional) led the way for Endicott finishing tied for 109th along with five others, out of 225 competitors. Gill fired a first round 81 and second round of 84 for a two-day total of 165, while Turczak finished with an 83 Monday and an 82 Tuesday.
Junior Alex Lawner (Hollis, NH/Hollis-Brookline) and sophomore Mike Desrosiers (Granby, MA/Granby) finished tied for 194th. Lawner fired a 93 and an 85 for a 178 and Desrosiers shot 90 and 88.
The Gulls travel to the Turner Hill Country Club on October 25th to face off in the Gordon College Fighting Scots Invitational.
