NEW LONDON, Conn. — The No. 7 nationally ranked Endicott men's ice hockey team defeated Connecticut College, 2-1, in non-conference action on Saturday night at Dayton Arena.
Noah Strawn (Wareham, Mass.) and Jackson Sterrett (Henderson, Tenn.) scored in the first (19:01) and second (:52) periods, respectively, to push the Gulls' winning streak to 10 straight games.
Meanwhile, the Camels broke up Ryan Wilson's (Shelton, Conn.) shutout bid on the power play with 1:50 left to play in the contest.
The sophomore netminder finished the contest with 24 saves to improve to 5-1-0 on the season.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Tonight was the first-ever meeting between the two programs.
- Endicott's 10-game winning streak dates back to November 4, 2022.
- The Gulls are 6-0-0 on the road this season.
