BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 12 Endicott men's ice hockey team fell to Suffolk University, 4-1, in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Thursday night at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
John Goldowski (Buffalo, N.Y.) opened the scoring for the Gulls just 1:22 into the contest, netting his second goal of the season.
The early momentum was short-lived, however, as Suffolk answered at the 14:11 mark of the period before rattling off three more unanswered tallies (2—2nd | 1—3rd) to improve to 4-1-0 in CNE play.
In goal, Peter Sterling (Manassas, Va.) made 27 saves in the setback (3-1-0).
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott is 16-3-1 all-time against Suffolk despite the loss.
- The Rams are 2-1-0 on the road this season.
