BEVERLY, Mass. – The No. 11 Endicott men's ice hockey team defeated Wesleyan (Conn.), 5-2, on Tuesday night in non-conference action at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
Taybor Aldrich (Williston, Vt.) paced the Gulls with a pair of tallies, marking the first multi-goal game of his career.
Anthony Cafarelli (Middleton, Mass.), Lou Kamienski (Elmhurst, Ill.), and Sean Bradley (Scituate, Mass.) also lit the lamp in the victory (fourth straight, 4-0-1 last five).
Peter Sterling (Manassas, Va.), the reigning Conference of New England (CNE) Goalie and Rookie of the Week, stopped 32 shots to push his record to 7-1-0 this season.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott is 4-1-0 in the all-time series (3-0-0 at home).
- Aldrich finished the contest with a career-high three points (assist on opening goal).
- Jack Costanzo (Gloucester, Mass.) dished out two helpers for his third career multi-assist game (second this season).
- Bradley netted his first career shorthanded goal in the third period (0:44).
- The Gulls are 4-1-0 at Raymond J. Bourque Arena this year.
