BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 7 Endicott men's ice hockey team defeated Johnson & Wales, 6-2, in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Thursday night at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
Anthony Cafarelli (Middleton, Mass.) scored twice in the matchup (P2, 8:36 | P3, 2:10) to lead the Gulls to their fifth straight win.
Payton Miller (Flemington, N.J.), Ben Jenkinson (Nantucket, Mass.), Conner Chalmers (Windham, N.H.), and Michael Casey (Media, Pa.) also found the back of the net for the Blue and Green (P1, 3:40 | P1, 11:55 | P2, 2:19 | P3, EN — 18:48).
In between the pipes, Peter Sterling (Manassas, Va.) made 27 saves to improve to 19-3-1 overall on the season.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott is 12-0-0 in the all-time series (dates back to 11/19/2015).
