BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott men's lacrosse team defeated Roger Williams, 19-3, in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Saturday afternoon at Hempstead Stadium.
Before the game, seniors Kyle Ando (Marlborough, Mass.), Andrew Aylwin (Topsfield, Mass.), Travis Foster (Wells, Maine), Nick Graap (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.), Aidan Kellachan (Westhampton, N.Y.), Zachary Licavoli (East Setauket, N.Y.), Dom Maldari (Portsmouth, N.H.), Tommy Tyksinski (Guilderland, N.Y.), Tyler Williams (Tigard, Ore.), Jesse Woodill (Forestdale, Mass.), and Matt Wright (Oregon City, Ore.) were all honored for their contributions to the men's lacrosse program and Endicott College community.
Graap paced the offense with a career-high-tying six goals and one assist. It marks the third time Graap has buried six tallies in a contest (4/8/23, 4/6/24).
Adam Priest (Billerica, Mass.), Manny Marshall (Chelmsford, Mass.), Tyksinski, and Williams also found the back of the net twice in the wire-to-wire victory.
Donovan Devellis (Norfolk, Mass.), Ryan Rooney (Redding, Conn.), Chris Hughes (North Kingstown, R.I.), Aylwin, and Kellachan rounded out the scoring with solo markers.
In between the pipes, sophomore starter Gio Panicola (Long Beach, N.Y.) made three saves in 45 minutes of action (6-3 overall).
Licavoli closed out the fourth quarter with one save and zero goals allowed.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The Gulls are 34-6 all-time against Roger Williams (seven straight victories).
- Largest margin of victory (16 goals) in the series.
- Five seniors scored in the contest (Aylwin, Graap, Kellachan, Tyksinski, Williams).
- Sophomore defender Andrew Schlipf (Garden City, N.Y.) compiled a career-high six ground balls and a career-high-tying four caused turnovers.
- Endicott is 3-1 at home this season.
