Tyksinski & Priest Claim CNE Weekly Awards
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's lacrosse midfielder Tommy Tyksinski (Guilderland, N.Y.) and freshman attackman Adam Priest (Billerica, Mass.) have earned Conference of New England's (CNE) Weekly Awards, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
Tyksinski was named CNE Offensive Player of the Week, while Priest claimed Rookie of the Week honors.
For his effort, Tyksinski was also named to the The New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) Division III Team of the Week. The Team of the Week is a new initiative this year that will recognize the best performances by student-athletes across the region.
TOMMY TYKSINSKI
Tyksinski headlined Endicott's offense as he finished with 16 points during a 2-0 week, recording nine goals and seven assists. The senior also scooped up five ground balls.
In Endicott's win over Johnson & Wales, Tyksinski tied his career-high with six goals and also added an assist for seven points. He added four ground balls as well. The senior potted four goals during Endicott's opening 10-0 run.
Tyksinski then scored a hat-trick with a career-high six assists for nine points. Eight of his points came in the first half to help the Gulls race out to a 17-4 halftime lead.
This is his third career Offensive Player of the Week award and second this season (3/19/24, 3/8/26)
ADAM PRIEST
Priest finished with 8 points- 5 goals and 3 assists- during a 2-0 week. He also added three ground balls and one caused turnover.
Started the week with five points (2 goals and 3 assists) in the Gulls win over JWU. After recording a goal and an assist in the first half, the Billerica, Mass. native tallied a goal and two assists in the third quarter to extend Endicott's lead to 17-3 at the end of the quarter.
Followed that up in a road win at Gordon by recording his fourth hat-trick of the season. All three goals came in the first half as Endicott built a 17-4 halftime lead en route to staying undefeated in conference play.
This is Priest's third rookie of the week award this season (3/9/26, 3/30/26).
