Endicott Blanks Curry, 6-0

Milton, Mass — Endicott senior forward Evan Couchot (Mason, Ohio) netted a hat-trick to lead the Gulls past Curry College, 6-0, on Friday night. 

Sophomore Arian Pilja (Arlington, Mass.) also found his name on the scoresheet notching two goals of his own, while freshman William Poreda (Duxbury, Mass.) secured the sixth and final Blue and Green goal. 

Meanwhile, juniors Will Hartan (Hebron, Conn.)Brandon Haughton (Hartford, Conn.) and Steven Avery (Rotterdam, N.Y.), and freshman Gabriel Chaves (Secaucus, N.J.) all contributed an assist. 


  • Couchot has now scored in four straight games for the Gulls, while Poreda has netted in three. 

  • Avery's assist tonight was the first collegiate point of his career.

  • The Endicott defense held Curry without a shot on goal. 


Endicott (6-3-1, 2-0-1 CCC) hosts Plymouth State on Tuesday, October 8 at 4 PM as Endicott hosts CCC day. Curry, (2-9-1, 0-3 CCC) hosts UMass Boston on Wednesday, October 9 at 6:30 PM.
