BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott men's soccer team played to a scoreless non-conference draw against MIT on Tuesday evening at Hempstead Stadium.
After MIT controlled possession for the majority of the first half, the Gulls controlled the pace in the second, but could not find the back of the net, despite a few solid chances.
Brady O'Toole (Concord, Mass.) made three saves on 18 shots faced to record his 12th career shutout (5-3-1 overall, 15-5-2 career).
Fisher Mills (Ridgefield, Conn.) led the team in chances with two shots (one on goal). In the 62nd minute, he beat three Engineers to a 50/50 ball, and almost caught the goalkeeper out of position with a rocket from 40 yards out, but it drifted just wide left.
Liam Stapleton (Westchester, N.Y.) and Tyler Walser (Duxbury, Mass.) also each had a shot on net for the Gulls offensively.
