    Men's Volleyball Sweeps NEVC Weekly Awards

    BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's volleyball senior Aidan Iacovelli (South Windsor, Conn.) and freshman Aidan Barron (Amherst, N.Y.) have been named the New England Volleyball Conference (NEVC) Athlete and Rookie of the Week, the league office announced on Tuesday afternoon.

    AIDAN IACOVELLI, ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

    Iacovelli led Endicott to a 3-0 victory over Nichols. 
     
    The senior finished with 18 kills on 37 attempts with just 6 errors (.324 percent) and averaged 6.00 kills per set. He has finished with 18 or more kills in a match seven times this season and this was his third consecutive match with 18 or more.
     
    The South Windsor, Conn. native also a perfect 21-21 in serve recieve to go with eight digs.
     
    This is Iacovelli's fith career NEVC Athlete of the Week honor and second this season (3/5/24, 2/10/25, 4/7/25, 3/24/26).

    AIDAN BARRON, ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

    In his first career start at Nichols, Barron produced five kills on eight attacks (.625) during the 3-0 sweep.
     
    Also added three digs in the middle and one block assist.
     
    The honor is Barron's first NEVC Rookie of the Week award this season.

    Endicott (18-3, 6-0 NEVC) hosts Curry on Friday, April, 3 at 6 PM for Senior Day.
