Nye and Romito Pick Up CNE Weekly Awards

BEVERLY, Mass. — Two members of the Endicott men's cross-country team have earned Conference of New England (CNE) weekly awards, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
Caleb Nye (Hinesburg, Vt.) and Dawson Romito (Boxford, Mass.) collected Runner of the Week and Rookie of the Week honors, respectively.
CALEB NYE
The victory was the senior's first-ever win and set a new school record and new person best in the 5k race.
Endicott defeated Gordon 29 to 30 to claim victory.
This is Nye's first career CNE Runner of the Week award.
DAWSON ROMITO
Romito finished in third place at the Battle of the North Shore with a time of 17:05.3
The freshman set a new personal best as Endicott finished First, Second, and Third en route to a 29-30 victory.
This is Romito's first career CNE Rookie of the Week award.
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott will next be in action on Saturday, September 14 at the Pop Cowell Invitational hosted by Gordon College.
