Men’s Cross Country Victorious At Western New England Invitational

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — The Endicott men's cross country team ranked first overall out of 16 programs at the Western New England Invitational on Saturday evening.
The Gulls placed four of their top-5 runners in the top-10 to come away with the victory.
Endicott scored 60 points total, finishing ahead of Conference of New England (CNE) foes Wentworth (2nd, 63), University of New England (3rd, 132), Western New England (4th, 159), and Nichols (9th, 215).
Caleb Nye (Hinesburg, Vt.) earned a runner-up finish on the 8-kilometer course in 26:16.
Josh Lehmann (Gorham, Maine), Cooper Downey (Hudson, N.H.), and Dawson Romito (Boxford, Mass.) all cracked the top-10 for scoring teams with times of 26:28 (5th), 26:56 (7th), and 27:33 (10th).
Henry Bybee (Hampton, N.H.) rounded out Endicott's top-5 in 36th (29:19).

Endicott will compete at the CNE Championship on Saturday, November 2 (hosted by WNE).
