Roller Hockey Earns Runner-Up Finish At NCRHA National Championships
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The sixth-seeded Endicott roller hockey team fell to first-seeded Stony Brook, 7-3, in the National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association (NCRHA) Division II National Championship game on Saturday evening at the Brightspeed Ice Park.
Endicott’s road to the D2 National Championship game featured contests against Tampa (W, 4-3), Robert Morris (L, 3-2), Illinois State (L, 6-4), Ohio State (W, 4-3), Colorado (W, 12-1), and Robert Morris (W, 2-0, national semifinals) before falling to Stony Brook.
The Gulls concluded their D2 National Championship runner-up season with an 18-7-0-3 record (.696).
