Endicott Gets Two Selected to the NCAA All New England Tournament Team

With the conclusion of the New England Division III Tournament played at Wheaton College this past weekend, the All Tournament Team was selected. Endicott posted one First Teamer and one Honorable Mention.

Junior Elyse Colby was named to the First Team All New England Tournament Team. Colby hit .375, going 3-8 with a double and one run scored. Colby also posted a .500 slugging percentage. At shortstop Colby added 7 putouts and 6 assists while making no errors.

Receiving Honorable Mention status was freshman Robyn Savitske. Savitske pitched the first two games for the Gulls going 1-1. Savitske pitched 16 2/3 innings, allowing 12 hits and 2 earned runs. Savitske also posted 14 strikeouts. Opponents struggled posting only a .207 batting average.
