    BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott softball team has been chosen first overall in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Preseason Coaches Poll, as announced by the league office earlier this week.

    BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott softball team has been chosen first overall in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Preseason Coaches Poll, as announced by the league office earlier this week.

    The three-time defending champion Gulls received 98 total votes, including eight of the 10 first place votes (FPV), as cast by the league's head coaches.

    Following Endicott on the preseason coaches poll were Western New England (92, 2 FPV), University of New England (70), Salve Regina (63), Wentworth (57), Suffolk (56), Nichols (40), Roger Williams (40), Gordon (23), and Curry (11).
