Endicott?s Chisholm named ECAC All-Star

CAPE COD, Mass. – Endicott College senior \#Ceciley Chisholm\# (Lexington, Mass.) has been named an ECAC Second Team All-Star as announced by the ECAC offices on March 15th. Chisholm helped lead the Gulls to a 19-8 overall record this season and an appearance in the ECAC Quarterfinals.
The senior center has earned plenty of recognition this season as Chisholm was named The Commonwealth Coast Conference’s Co-Player of the Year in 2010 as well as an All-TCCC First Team selection. \#Ceciley Chisholm\# led the Gulls with a career-high 16.6 points per game while also grabbing a team-high 7.3 rebounds per game and finishing second on the team in blocks (14) and steals (52). Chisholm started and played in every game this season while averaging just under 33 minutes of action and shooting an impressive 53.7% from the field.
On January 20, 2010, Chisholm became only the sixth player in women’s basketball program history to surpass the 1,000 point plateau. In her career, Chisholm scored 1,214 points and grabbed 721 rebounds while shooting 54.7% from the floor.
Chisholm was one of two TCCC players named to the ECAC All-Star Teams as Colby-Sawyer’s Terri Duffy, who was also named TCCC Co-Player of the Year, was named to the ECAC All Star Third Team.
