Morris Named CNE Player of the Week
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's ice hockey forward Rivers Morris (Braintree, Mass.) has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office Monday.
BEVERLY, Mass. — No. 11 Endicott women's ice hockey forward Rivers Morris (Braintree, Mass.) has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office Monday.
In a 1-0-1 week for the Gulls, Morris recorded four points (two goals and two assists). The senior was also a +5 during the week.
In the Gulls 5-2 victory over Nichols, Morris scored the game-winning goal in the third period and had two assists (first and fourth goals). The Braintree, Mass. native followed that performance up by scoring the first goal in Endicott's tie versus Western New England.
This is Morris' second Player of the Week honor this season (1/21/25) and the fifth of her career (1/8/24, 1/16/24, and 2/12/24)
