Ferrari Earns CNE Goalie of the Week
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott women's ice hockey goalie Lauren Ferrari (Bridgewater, N.J.) has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Goalie of the Week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.
In Endicott's 1-1-0 week, Ferrari stopped 62 shots with a 2.52 GAA and a .925 save percentage. Ferrari was named to the All-Tournament team for the Panther/Cardinal Classic for her play this weekend.
The sophomore made 28 saves in Endicott's win over No. 3 Middlebury. The win was the program's first-ever against Middlebury. Following the go-ahead goal in the third period, Ferrari made 10 saves over the final 13:30 while the Gulls also blocked seven shots to keep the Panthers off the scoreboard and secure a spot in the championship game.
In the championship game against No. 1 UW-River Falls, Ferrari stopped 34 shots in a 3-1 setback. The loss was her first of the season. Over the first two periods, the Bridgewater, N.J. native made 28 saves to keep the game 1-0 heading to the third period.
This is Ferrari's second Goalie of the Week selection fifth career (12/2/24, 1/27/25, 2/24/25, 11/10/25) and second this season.
