Gulls Back on Track With a 16-3 Win Over USM

The Gulls got the scoring started early while allowing just one goal by the visiting Huskies in all of first half play. Lindsey O'Connell (Fr/Mansfield, MA) added a goal and an assist to her first half hat trick to finish with five points. Christine Wilmott (Jr/Barre, VT) chipped in five of her own with three goals and two assists. In all, eight Gulls recorded points against USM.
Erin Curry (Fr/Hampstead, NH) and Katie Tavella (So/Madison, CT) split the time in cage for EC coming up with four saves each and allowing just three goals off of eighteen shots against them.
The Gulls improve to 5-6 with the win. They will travel to Milton, MA on Wednesday, April 14th for a conference match up against Curry College. Curry is currently seeded first in the Commonwealth Coast Conference.
