Nine Gulls Claim NCR Scholastic All-America Honors
BEVERLY, Mass. — Nine members of the Endicott women’s rugby team have been named 2023-24 National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Scholastic All-Americans.
BEVERLY, Mass. — Nine members of the Endicott women's rugby team have been named 2023-24 National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Scholastic All-Americans.
The Gulls' honorees were Kaila Bartolotti (Honeoye Falls, N.Y.), Sarah Corcoran (Westborough, Mass.), Celia Delvecchio (Coventry, Conn.), Cai Machuga (Dennis, Mass.), Colleen Mitchell (Glastonbury, Conn.), Tegan O'Donnell (Calais, Vt.), Caitlin Padeck (Easthampton, Mass.), Bailey Tymeson (Westfield, Mass.), and Katherine Waden (Pelham, N.H.).
To qualify as a Scholastic All-American, student-athletes must maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher for the academic year and be rostered for 50% of the Fall 15s A-side matches or rostered for 50% of the A-side Spring 7s tournaments. This selective group of Scholastic All-Americans represents about one out of 18 student-athletes competing in college rugby.
