Women’s Soccer Stymies Curry, 2-0

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's soccer team shut out Curry College, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Hempstead Stadium.

Alexandria Dostie (Essex Junction, Vt.) and Madeline Mucher (Andover, Mass.) both found the back of the net (31:29 | 69:29) in the win.

Meanwhile, Jacqueline Ruggiero (Hyde Park, Mass.) turned away five shots to record her second career shutout.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

• Endicott is 24-2-0 all-time against Curry (14-1-0 at home).
• Today's victory marked the 16th straight win for the Gulls against Curry dating back to 10/11/2008.
• During that span, Endicott has registered eight shutouts, which includes today's result.
• Dostie netted her first collegiate goal, while Mucher potted her second career tally.
• Isabella Young (Topsfield, Mass.) dished out her first collegiate assist on Mucher's goal in the second half.
• Riley Rischitelli (North Brookfield, Mass.) produced the first multi-assist game of her career.
