2004 Preseason Poll

Beverly, MA--The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) announced the 2004 Women's Tennis Preseason Poll, and Endicott is picked to finish second out of ten teams, as voted on by the head women's tennis coaches.

Last season, the women went 8-1 in the CCC, and had an equally impressive overall record of 13-2. The Gulls lost a close match to Salve Regina in the conference championship. The women look to win a CCC Championship title this year, and have been consistently working hard throughout preseason. "We have been working with conditioning in the morning and working on our tennis strokes in the afternoons," Head Coach Gale Bacon said.

The team begins their 2004 season, when they match-up against the University of Southern Maine, this coming Wednesday in South Portland, ME.
