NORTHAMPTON, Mass. — The Endicott women's tennis team fell to Smith, 7-0, in non-conference action on Monday evening.
In doubles play, Abbey Fleming (Wolfeboro, N.H.) / Emily Leclerc (Manchester, N.H.) supplied a gritty 7-6 (7-5) victory, while the Pioneers took the other two doubles flights to take the opening point.
From there, Lejla Guster (Wethersfield, Conn.) was defeated 6-4, 2-6, 8-10 in a highly competitive top singles match.
