Women’s Track & Field Produces Strong Showing On Day One At New England D3 Outdoor Championships
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — The Endicott women's track and field team completed day one of competition at the NCAA Division III New England Championships on Friday evening, hosted by Springfield College at Blake Track.
Tiana Brown (Nashua, N.H.) highlighted the squad with a fourth place finish in the 100m hurdles (14.84) to advance to the finals tomorrow.
Logan Baxter (Coventry, R.I.) ranked 10th overall in the pole vault (9-10.50), while Abby Griffith (Franklin, Mass.) was 19th overall in the long jump (16-6).
Meagan McAndrews (Amesbury, Mass.) rounded out the Gulls' efforts, competing in four events in the heptathlon.
She ranked third in the shot put (33-2), fourth in the 200m dash (27.76), and eighth in the 100m hurdles (17.52) and high jump (4-6).

Pole vault — Baxter, 10th, 9-10.50
Long jump — Griffith, 19th, 16-6
