    MEDFORD, MA -- Without one of its best players Endicott College fell on the road to Tufts, 3-0, Tuesday night in Medford.

    The Gulls (5-2) sorely missed 6-foot-1 all-star middle hitter Sara Moore (Guilford, CT/Guilford) and saw their three-game winning streak come to an end, falling 20-25, 20-17 and 30-20 to the Jumbos.

    Sophomore setter Meghan Hall (Santa Cruz, CA/Aptos) recorded a double-double (17 assists, 13 digs) while freshman outside hitter Kaylee Krom (Strasburg, CO/Strasburg) and freshman libero Brittany Nolan (Monroe, CT/Masuk) each dug up 11 balls. Nolan also recorded the vistors' lone ace.

    Freshman middle hitter Hayley Janelle (Madbury, NH/Oyster River) and sophomore middle hitter Beth Dow (Pocasset, MA/Bourne) each had four kills in the loss.

    Endicott (5-2, 0-0 CCC) will look to get back on track Thursday at home versus Emmanuel College (7:00 P.M.).
