Helenbrook Named CNE Player of the Week
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's volleyball junior Hadley Helenbrook (Atlanta, Ga) has been named Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Helenbrook averaged 5.00 kills per set (40 kills, .321 hitting percentage) and 2.88 digs per set (23) in a 2-0 week for the Gulls. The junior also went 46-47 (.979) in the serve receive and added three service aces, three total blocks (one solo and two assisted), and two assists.
In a 3-1 defeat of Simmons, Helenbrook recorded 20 kills (.349) along with 15 digs, two service aces, two assists, and a block assist. She also went 30-31 in serve receive (.968).
Then, in another 3-1 victory over Emerson, the Atlanta, Ga. native recorded another 20 putaways, added eight digs, one service ace, one solo block, and one block assist. She was a perfect 16-16 in serve receive.
This is Helenbrook's eighth career CNE weekly honor (9/3/24, 9/9/24, 9/16/24, 10/7/24, 10/14/24, 10/21/24, 11/11/24).
