Career Summary
2016: Senior season at Endicott... competed in all seven races... was 131st overall at D3 New England Regionals (6k, 23:46.22)... ranked 11th overall at the CCC Championships (6k, 24:27)... also raced at Western New England (5k, 20:26, 16th), James Earley (6k, 24:05.95, 61st), Bowdoin (6k, 25:03.9, 17th), University of New England (5k, 21:12.0, 13th), and Roger Williams (5k, 21:25.22, 29th)
2015: Junior season at Endicott... competed in four races on the season... posted a time of 24:29 at the CCC championships and a time of 25:36.7 at NCAA Regionals
2014: Four top-30 finishes in her sophomore season including a top-10 showing at the Roger Williams Invitational... season-best time of 20:56 for a 5K event at the Keene State Invitational where she finished in 36th out of 156 runners... ran a time of 26:26 at the CCC Championships to finish 32nd out of 121 runners

Professional Aspirations
Aspires to intern in a biotechnology lab or hospital setting... would love an opportunity to intern at Beverly Hospital or at a pediatric office... has completed internships with Athletic Evolution in the summer of 2014 where she worked as a trainer for young athletes participating in sport-specific training programs and at ProEx Physical Therapy in the winter of 2014-15 where she observed a physical therapist throughout her patients' rehabilitation processes... Kiera is looking to intern at a busy hospital, in particular, shadowing a physician in the specialties of oncology, maternity, OB/GYN, or pediatrics as well as a possible internship with the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute
Kiera on her first two internship experiences:
"My first two internships were incredible and I met amazing people, but they guided me to make the discovery on my own that I wanted to change my major from exercise science to biology pre-med."
Kiera sees herself finishing graduate school and working in a hospital to begin her career while also dreaming of starting a family
Community Service
In high school, Kiera volunteered at a road race, Kick In for Kids, and the Boys & Girls Club Youth Triathlon every spring season
