WORCESTER, Mass. — The Endicott men's lacrosse team defeated Clark University, 19-5, in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon at the Granger Athletic Complex.
The Gulls raced out to a 13-2 lead at the half and never looked back.
Joseph Tumolo (Mahopac, N.Y.) and Tommy Tyksinski (Guilderland, N.Y.) both paced the Gulls offensively with four goals apiece.
Nick Graap (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.), Brody MacDonald (Hanson, Mass.), and Manny Marshall (Chelmsford, Mass.) all added two goals apiece.
Shane Dean (Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.), Travis Foster (Wells, Maine), Ian Leonard (Reading, Mass.), Derek Thompson (Avon, Conn.), and Tyler Williams (Tigard, Ore.) rounded out the goal scorers with solo tallies.
In goal, Gio Panicola (Long Beach, N.Y.) made six saves in 45 minutes of action to pick up the win. Mikey Coletti (Fairfield, Conn.) and Zachary Licavoli (East Setauket, N.Y.) recorded two and one saves apiece as they split the final 15 minutes of the contest.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott is 3-0 all-time against Clark.
- Today's meeting was the first between the programs since April 1, 1998.
- Tyksinski added two assists for six points- his second-highest point total for a game.
- First career goal for Leonard.
- Coletti made his collegiate debut in goal.
