Endicott never trailed in the contest, leading by as many as eight goals twice (20-12, 21-13) before the final buzzer sounded on the matchup between the two conference-unbeaten squads (both 4-0 entering play).
Grace McAfee (Marmora, N.J.), Bailey Sheehan (Pomfret, Conn.), and Leah Black (Cheshire, Conn.) all registered a team-high five points in the victory.
McAfee and Black notched four goals and one assist each, while Sheehan potted three tallies and assisted on two others.
Mia Smith (Portsmouth, N.H.) and Mia Samarjian (Stow, Mass.) registered hat tricks, Abbie Belleville (Salem, Conn.) netted two markers, and Ava Amara (Southbury, Conn.) and Kendal Kelsey (Queensbury, N.Y.) both found the back of the net once, respectively, to round out the scoring.
In goal, Payton Quirk (Nahant, Mass.) made six saves to improve to 9-3 on the season.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott is 27-9 all-time against Roger Williams.
- McAfee set career highs for goals (4) and points (5).
- Tonight's game only featured two ties (1-1, 2-2).
- Roger Williams brought the game within two goals twice in the second quarter at 6-4 (12:39) and 7-5 (7:55) but never closed the gap the rest of the way.
